Funding is only received for 38 weeks of the year (these 38 weeks correlate with the South Oxfordshire school term times), the other remaining weeks are paid at the full price. The funding does not cover any meals, snacks. For meals I have added a voluntary cost of £6.00 per day. Paying this charge is not a condition of taking up a funded place, instead, parents can opt to bring in their own food from home. Snacks, drinks and other consumables are not charged for.
Parents can access free funding without any extra charges and without extra 'paid for' sessions providing there is availability. Funded sessions are for 10 hours per day - 8am till 6pm.
Families in receipt of 15 hour funding, can also have their days as stand alone sessions. These can be taken between the hours of 8am till 1pm and 1pm till 6pm. Fully funded, term time only with no cost (see example above) can be taken with these hours also alongside the South Oxfordshire term times. Families can use their funded entitlement in a range of attendance patterns, subject to availability and in line with our published offer.
Please note, all fees have been calculated over a year period, taking into account my annual holidays and bank holidays etc, and then divided by 12 months. Therefore your monthly cost will always stay the same regardless of whether Toddler Town is open or closed. Toddler Town is open all year round except for bank holidays and two weeks over the Christmas period. these closed days are not charged for and therefore not included in the above costings.
Reserving a place for your child
If you have decided that you would like a place for your child at Toddler Town you will need to sign a contract and pay a deposit. The amount of deposit is based on a months worth of your chosen amount of days and is charged at the full price fees. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of your childcare period.
For fully funded, term time only children, your deposit (£100) will be refunded at the start of the term in which the place is taken up.
Once the contract and deposit has been received, your child's place at Toddler Town is then reserved.
